Wine of the Week: 2018 Cabernet Franc
A dusty purple color fades to almost a clear halo—the nose changes with every sniff going from sweet tobacco to cherry and then on to vanilla. The silky body coats the inside of your mouth with dark cocoa. With a zip of acid, the finish holds on to a black cherry note.
